Empanada Café needed a warm, inviting fast-casual dining space that could bring their brand to life for Denver guests. The project required a full tenant improvement — taking a raw shell to a finished restaurant, complete with a functional commercial kitchen, dining area, and all the systems that make a food service operation run.
