Project Overview

Front Range Pharmacy needed a fully operational retail pharmacy — and they needed it built right the first time. Pharmacy construction carries unique demands: stringent code compliance, specific MEP requirements for medication storage, and a layout designed for both pharmacist workflow and patient experience. There's no room for rework when licensing and opening deadlines are on the line. Rize Construction managed the complete tenant improvement from demolition through final punch list, coordinating all trades and maintaining a transparent budget throughout. Our proactive communication kept ownership informed at every milestone, and our relationships with local subcontractors kept the schedule on track.
